Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
The short version
- This website asks you for nothing. It has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and we set no cookies.
- Our products are sold in our Etsy shop. When you buy, Etsy handles your order and your payment under its own privacy policy.
- ClearColumnPrints Pin Scheduler is our small private tool for publishing Pins on our own Pinterest account. Access to Pinterest's API is pending Pinterest's approval; this policy describes how the tool is meant to work. It works only with the access that Pinterest grants to our app, and it does not touch other people's data.
- Messages that reach us through Etsy or at the contact address are read and answered by a person. We use no AI tool on them.
1. Who is responsible
ClearColumnPrints is a shop name. The shop is operated by this company, which is responsible for the personal data described here (the "data controller" under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR):
- Company
- SOFTREVENUE, S.L. (Sociedad Unipersonal)
- Tax ID (NIF)
- B26932897
- Address
- Calle Profesor Tierno Galván, 6, 18006 Granada
- Privacy contact
- contact@clearcolumnprints.com
"We" in this policy means that company.
2. This website
What we collect
We collect no information through forms or tracking tools: this website has no forms, no accounts, no comments and no newsletter. Our host processes technical data about each request, as described below. We added no analytics tool and no advertising. The pages embed nothing from other hosts: no fonts, no videos, no social media buttons.
What our host processes
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., a company based in the United States. To send a page to your browser and to protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare has to process technical data about each request. Cloudflare's privacy policy describes it as IP addresses, traffic routing data, system configuration information and other information about the traffic to and from the site.
We have no server of our own and we keep no visitor logs. Cloudflare can show us traffic figures for the site in its control panel as part of the hosting service. We do not use any of this to find out who you are.
- Why it is allowed: we have a legitimate interest in running a website that works and is secure (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- How long: we keep no copy. Cloudflare keeps the data for as long as its own policy describes.
- Outside the EU: Cloudflare runs a worldwide network, so this data can be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare states that for transfers from the EEA to the United States it relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and on standard contractual clauses for other transfers.
Read more in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Cookies
We set no cookies. Cloudflare says it can set cookies that are strictly necessary for its security services, for example to tell people from automated traffic. Cloudflare lists them on its page about Cloudflare cookies.
If you write to us
Writing to us is voluntary. If you do, we need your e-mail address to answer you. If you send an e-mail to the address above, we receive your e-mail address and whatever you write. We use your address and your message only to answer you and to deal with what you ask. A person reads your message and answers it. We use no AI tool on it, and no program of ours stores, summarises or answers it.
- Who receives it: the address belongs to our domain. Cloudflare receives the message and forwards it to our mailbox, which is a Gmail mailbox, a service of Google.
- Why it is allowed: we have a legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- How long: we delete your message at the latest 12 months after the last message about the same matter, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
- Outside the EU: Cloudflare handles this e-mail under the policy and the transfer safeguards described above. Google states that it may process data on servers outside the country where you live and that, for transfers out of the European Economic Area, it relies on adequacy decisions, among them the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, and on standard contractual clauses where no adequacy decision applies. Google explains this on its page about data transfers.
3. ClearColumnPrints Pin Scheduler, our Pinterest tool
ClearColumnPrints Pin Scheduler is our private tool for publishing Pins on our own Pinterest business account through Pinterest's official API. It works only with the access that Pinterest grants to our app. Until Pinterest grants it, the tool publishes nothing: any Pin on our account is published by hand by the owner. This section says what the tool does with that access and what it never does.
Only the shop owner uses the tool. It has no other users, it is not offered to the public and nobody can sign up for it.
What it does
- It creates image Pins on our own boards for our own products. Each Pin links to that product's listing in our Etsy shop.
- Pin drafts are prepared with our own software, with AI assistance for the wording.
- The owner reviews and approves every Pin, one by one, before it is published. Nothing is published without that approval.
- It lists our own boards, so that each Pin goes to the right board.
- It reads the analytics of our own Pins and of our own account: impressions, saves and outbound clicks. It asks Pinterest for these figures when they are needed and does not store them.
- The figures of our own Pins are read by the owner and by the same AI-assisted software, to decide what to publish next. They are not stored and not used to train models.
What it never does
- It does not access or collect data about other Pinterest users.
- It does not follow, save, comment or send messages.
- It does not scrape Pinterest.
- It does not use anything from Pinterest to train or tune artificial intelligence models.
Where it runs and what it stores
The tool runs locally on the owner's own computer. We operate no server for this tool. The credentials for Pinterest's API are stored encrypted on that computer, never on a server. The tool keeps a local record of the Pins it has published (the board, the date and the Pin's identifier) and nothing about other people. The tool does not store the analytics figures it reads, and it holds no data about other Pinterest users, because it never accesses any.
Your data and this tool
The only account the tool works with is our own. If you see our Pins or interact with them on Pinterest, Pinterest processes your data under Pinterest's Privacy Policy, not under this one.
4. When you buy from us on Etsy
Our products are digital downloads, and we sell them only in our Etsy shop. This website sells nothing and takes no payments.
You buy from us, the company named in section 1, through Etsy. Etsy runs the checkout, takes the payment and gives you the files in your Etsy account. Etsy processes your data under Etsy's Privacy Policy.
What we see as the seller
We do not get this data from you directly: Etsy gives it to us as the seller. In our seller account, Etsy shows us the orders placed in our shop and the messages buyers send us through Etsy. What Etsy gives a seller about an order can include the buyer's name, e-mail address and postal address, besides what was bought, when and for how much.
We use the orders and the messages:
- to help you if there is a problem with a file you bought;
- to answer your messages.
We also keep a few fields of each order for our bookkeeping, without names, contact details or messages: see below.
Messages that reach us through Etsy or at the contact address above are read and answered by a person. We use no AI tool on them, and no program of ours stores, summarises or answers them.
What we keep outside Etsy
Apart from the e-mail notices that Etsy itself sends us, described below, and anything you send to our contact address yourself (section 2), we keep no buyer's name, contact details, address or message outside our Etsy account. The program that reads our shop's figures through Etsy's API keeps from an order only the date, the status, whether it is paid, the amount and, for each line, the listing, the quantity and the price. We keep those fields for as long as the company's bookkeeping needs them. The program keeps no name, no address and no message.
If tax or accounting law ever obliges the company to keep a document that names a buyer, we keep it only for as long as that law requires.
E-mail notices from Etsy
Etsy also sends e-mail notices about the shop to our business mailbox, which is a Gmail mailbox, a service of Google. If a notice names a buyer or quotes a message, it stays in that mailbox. We use no AI tool on it, and no program of ours stores or summarises it.
The rules for this data
- Why it is allowed: to carry out the sale and answer you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and, where a law obliges us to keep or hand over something, to meet that legal duty (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).
- Who receives it: Etsy, as the platform where the sale and the messages take place; Google, as the provider of our mailbox; and the authorities or our advisers, only where a law obliges us.
- How long: Etsy keeps the orders and messages of our shop under its own policy. We delete an e-mail notice from Etsy that names a buyer or quotes a message at the latest 12 months after it arrives, unless a law obliges us to keep it longer. A document that a law obliges us to keep is kept only for as long as that law requires.
- Outside the EU: what section 2 says about Google and transfers applies to this mailbox too.
Two promises
- We do not send marketing messages to people who buy from us.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own purposes. Etsy, Google, Cloudflare and Pinterest act in the roles that their own policies describe. Beyond that, we disclose personal data only where a law obliges us.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us:
- for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- to correct it or delete it;
- to limit what we do with it;
- to hand it over to you in a format you can reuse.
Your right to object
You can object at any time, for reasons that have to do with your own situation, to what we do on the basis of our legitimate interest: the technical data of this website and the e-mails you send us. We then stop, unless we have compelling reasons that the law accepts or we need the data for legal claims.
How to use your rights
Write to contact@clearcolumnprints.com and tell us what you need. We may ask you for something that shows the request is about your own data. We answer within one month; the GDPR allows a longer time for complex requests, and we would tell you. A request is normally free.
Etsy, Pinterest and Cloudflare each hold their own data about you. For that data, ask them directly: they are the ones who can act on it.
Wherever you live, you can write to us at the same address with any question about privacy.
Your right to complain
If you think we handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) at www.aepd.es. If you live in another EU country, you can also go to the data protection authority of your own country.
6. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we publish the new text on this page and change the date at the top.
